Notice is hereby given that the Municipality will embark on a public participation process to consult with the community of Leeu-Gamka. Please be advised that a community meeting will be held on:

2024/2025 FINAL ANNUAL REPORT AND OVERSIGHT REPORT 

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, read together with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that the Prince Albert Municipality hereby makes public the Final Annual Report and Oversight Report for the 2024/2025 financial year. 

These reports were tabled before the Municipal Council at a meeting held on Friday, 27 February 2026.

Hard copies of the documents are available at municipal offices and libraries in the towns of Leeu-Gamka, Klaarstroom, and Prince Albert. The electronic versions may be accessed on the Municipal website: Documents/Performance Management

The community of Klaarstroom is hereby informed that the Administration of the Prince Albert Municipality will be working in the town to provide services to residents and handle enquiries.
