TENDER 111/2026 - KLAARSTROOM: EMERGENCY WATER SUPPLY INTERVENTION (DRILLING TESTING & REHABILITATION OF PRODUCTION BOREHOLES)
COMPULSORY CLARIFICATION MEETING
A compulsory clarification meeting with representatives of the Employer will take place in the Klaarstroom Community Centre, Bloekom Street, Klaarstroom, on 03 September 2026, starting at 11:30.
Tenderers who arrive late (after 11:30) will not be allowed to join the clarification meeting. Tenderers should be represented at the clarification meeting by an employee of the Tenderer who is suitably qualified and experienced to comprehend the implications of the work involved. No representative at the meeting may represent more than one Tenderer.
Notice is hereby given that the Municipality intends to dispose of certain municipal assets, subject to the applicable provisions of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003), the Municipal Asset Transfer Regulations, and any other applicable legislation.

In the interest of transparency and public participation, members of the public, interested parties, community organisations, and stakeholders are hereby invited to submit written comments, objections, or representations regarding the proposed sale of the identified municipal assets.

Enquiries may be directed to the Office of the Municipal Manager during normal office hours, Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:00, and Friday from 07:30 to 15:30.
The Municipality will consider all comments received within the prescribed period before making a final decision regarding the proposed disposal of the municipal assets.
