Due to the limited availability of household owners in the South End area, the Prince Albert Municipality has deemed it appropriate to upload the questionnaire together with a self-explanatory guide. This will allow residents in the South End area to complete the questionnaire independently at their convenience. Completed questionnaires must be submitted to Mr A.
