NOTICE 56/2024 - INTENTION OF EXTENSION / AMENDMENT OF EXISTING CONTRACT

Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 116 (3) (a) and (b) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that it is the intention of the Prince Albert Municipality to extend the following existing contract:

Notice is hereby further given in terms of Section 21 and 21A of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) that the local community and affected parties are invited to submit comments or representations on the proposed amendment of the contract. Such comments or representations must be submitted by not later than the 03rd of May 2024 at 14h00.

Copies of the explanatory documents, contract and information statement will be available for inspection during office hours (from 07h30 to 16h00, Monday to Thursday and 07h30 to 15h30 on Fridays) at the following locations:
