Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 33(1)(a) of the Municipal Finance Management Act (Act 56 of 2003) that it is the intention of the Prince Albert Municipality to conclude contracts which will impose financial obligations on the municipality beyond a financial year, and beyond the three years covered in the annual budget for the 2026/2027 financial year.

Notice is hereby further given in terms of Section 21A of the Municipal Systems Act (Act 32 of 2000) that the local community and other interested are invited to submit comments or representations on the proposed contracts. Such comments or representations must be submitted by no later than 29 September 2026 at 12h00.
