Council at its special meeting held on Friday, 29 May 2026, considered and adopted the 2026-2027 Final Reviewed 2022-2027 Fifth Generation Integrated Development Plan and Sector Plans.

The 2026-2027 Reviewed Fifth Generation 2022-2027 Integrated Development Plan was adopted by the Council of the Prince Albert Municipality on Monday, 30 March 2026.

This incentive policy represents Prince Albert Municipality's intent with respect to the offering and management of incentives as an additional tool for attracting and securing sensible and sustainable investments in certain geographical areas in the Greater Prince Albert Municipal Area in general. Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 129(3) of the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, No. 56 of 2003, read together with Section 21A of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, No. 32 of 2000, that the Prince Albert Municipality hereby makes public its Final Annual Report and Oversight Report for the 2024/2025 financial year.
