Draft Special Rating Area By-Law and Special Rating Area Policy

The Prince Albert Municipality (“the Municipality”) hereby publishes the Prince Albert Municipality: Draft Control of Undertakings that Sell Liquor to the Public By-law, 2026, as set out below. This By-law is promulgated by the Municipality in terms of section 156(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, and section 13(a) of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 (Act 32 of 2000).
